This Homemade coconut and white chocolate truffles would remind you of the famous Raffaelo praline.
Rakefet shared with us her recipe for this great snack that would be loved by kids and grownups alike. Just be aware of the nut inside.
Ingredients:
Approx. 30 hazelnuts
200 ml condensed milk
50 gr. white chocolate
200 gr. ground coconut, plus an additional 200 gr. ground coconut for the topping
Let’s make it, really easy!
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 8 minutes (160 degrees c)
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and add the condensed milk.
Whisk well
Remove from the heat and add the coconut (200 gr.), mix well.
Create small balls while putting a hazelnut in the middle of each.
Dip in the coconut
Leave in the refrigerator until very stable
