These are innocent. Really. These thins are easy to make and contain great ingredients that are good for your health. The Zaatar adds a Middle Eastern aroma to it, but if you don’t have any you can substitute with thyme or any another spice you like. The main problem with these homemade crackers is that they might disappear very quickly. Worth a try!


1 cup spelt flour

1 cup quaker oats

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup flaxseed

1 spoon of salt

3 spoons olive oil

500 ml water


Heat the oven to 180 degrees (C)

Mix all the ingredients really well

Move half the mass to a baking tray covered with baking paper and flatten out

Bake each tray for 15 minutes

take out of the oven and cut in any shape you wish

put back into the oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Store in sealed box
