If you are a white chocolate lover- these white chocolate truffles are going to be your favorite next-to-the-coffee guilty pleasure. But hey, you can always make the truffles very small, which will make it easier to convince yourself that just one or two more bites are no big deal.
So, white chocolate truffles, here you go:
1/2 cup candied orange peels, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup roasted pistachios
3/4 cup dried cranberries
650 gr. white chocolate
100 gr. condensed milk
Heat the chocolate and condensed milk in a Bain-Marry
Mix until melted and you have a very smooth mixture
Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients
Mix well and spread the mass on a 20*20 cm tray
Put in the freezer for a couple of hours until stable.
Take out of the tray and cut into squares.
